Payment Terms
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
We do not accept personal checks for online purchases.
All amounts include shipping, handling and tax if applicable.
As a California business, we will charge the current sales tax to any buyer whose shipping/billing address is in California as required by law, unless it is previously determined that you are exempt from paying sales taxes.
Shipping and Handling
We ship by UPS. Shipping costs are based on the total combined weight of your order and your location.
We generally ship within 48hours after an order is received.
We keep our online inventory continuously updated, all products listed as available on our website will be immediately available to ship, in the rare occasion that it is not we will contact you via email immediately and ask how you would like to proceed.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to items once they have been shipped. Therefore we recommend buyers elect shipping insurance for their purchases.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return it, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your item. We will issue you an RMA number for the return.
Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.
Buyer is responsible for shipping costs for returned merchandise.
We do not refund Shipping and Handling costs for returned items.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Tags must still be attached to clothing. Boxed items must be returned in the original box.
